Property blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island among the images.
Additionally included in this recent image release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up development schemes to transform the sprawling island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and features a legend detailing various sections of the property.
Alongside this are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, such as designs for boat shelters.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the current oversight process.
